In certain parts of the FlowCode & FlowHub 7 websites, we are collecting users’ personal data but only when users allow or consent to it through various contact forms on the website. We collect personal information only on the basis of your consent. When submitting an inquiry on theflowcode.com or theflowhub.com website, the user’s data is used exclusively for the preparation of the offer and the communication related to this offer.

Personal data is also processed by our processors who are trusted companies that are registered for their business and provide an adequate level of protection of personal data. Processors process your personal information according to our instructions and exclusively on our behalf.
The type, the basis and the way we process your personal information primarily depends on the purpose for which we process your information.

We have divided this category into several sections in order to make it more clear for you which data will be processed.

– We will use your personal data to manage your purchase online at https://theflowcode.com or https://theflowhub.com by processing your orders and returns via our online services and send you notifications of delivery status or in the event of any problems with the delivery of your items. 

– We will use your personal data to manage your payments.

– We will also use your data in order to handle complaints and warranty matters for products. Your personal data is being used to identify you and to  validate your legal age for shopping online and to confirm your address with external partners. 

We want to offer you different payment alternatives and will carry out analysis in order to find out what payment alternatives are available to you, including your payment history and credit checks. 

We will not send you newsletters unless you explicitly agree to it within the order process.

Time of personal data retention
The company’s acquired personal data will be kept as long as necessary for the purpose of sending the content for which you have signed up or until the cancellation by the user. At any time, the user may, by written notice to the company address or via e-mail to support@theflowcode.com or support@theflowhub.com, require the company to permanently or temporarily discontinue the use of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in the received e-mail. You may at any time require from the data controller to permanently or temporarily discontinue the use of his personal data for the purposes stated above.

In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over theflowcode.com or theflowhub.com or all or any part of the assets, that insolvency practitioner may transfer the Customer’s information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use the Customer’s information for the same purposes as set out in this Policy. The Customer’s information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations.
